Legal terms

Terms of Service

The rules for authorized, human-controlled use of AI Ads Editor and any future Google Ads connection.

Effective date: July 22, 2026

01

Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of AI Ads Editor, operated by Touch Stone Ads Technology Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

02

Current service status

The current public build is a demonstration and planning environment. It may use Google Sign-In for application authentication, but it uses mock Google Ads accounts and does not request Google Ads account authorization or create, modify, pause, or remove live Google Ads resources.

Features may change before production release. Do not treat drafts, forecasts, validation messages, or AI-generated suggestions as guaranteed advertising results or professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

03

Account authority and access

You may connect or submit information about only Google Ads accounts that you own, manage, or are expressly authorized to access. You must keep your credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

If separate Google Ads authorization is introduced, the service will act only within the permission granted by you and the connected Google Ads account. You remain responsible for account users, billing, advertising spend, and permissions maintained with Google.

04

Campaign review and deployment safeguards

Any future live campaign creation or deployment must require an explicit action by an authorized user. Before submission, the service must show the selected account and the supported campaign, budget, ad group, keyword, match type, and bid settings for review.

  • Review the target account, final URLs, budgets, bids, and campaign structure.
  • Correct validation warnings and confirm only changes you intend to make.
  • Monitor results and billing in Google Ads after any approved deployment.
  • Do not assume that an API failure authorizes a retry with broader or unrelated changes.

The service will not autonomously make material budget changes or pause or terminate live campaigns unless a separately disclosed and properly authorized workflow is introduced.

05

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • create deceptive, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or prohibited advertising;
  • access an account or data without authorization;
  • circumvent safeguards, rate limits, validation, or access controls;
  • upload malware, secrets, passwords, developer tokens, or unnecessary personal data;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Google or another organization; or
  • use the service in violation of law, Google Ads policies, or third-party rights.

06

Google and third-party services

Google and Google Ads are third-party services governed by their own terms, policies, and availability. AI Ads Editor is independent and is not sponsored, certified, or endorsed by Google. References to Google trademarks describe compatibility only.

Optional AI or infrastructure providers may be used to perform requested features. Your use of those features is also subject to applicable third-party terms and the disclosures in our Privacy Policy.

07

Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content and campaign information you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process that material to provide, secure, and support the service.

The service, interface, software, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

08

Fees and advertising spend

Any paid plan will be presented before purchase under separate commercial terms. Google Ads media spend, taxes, and charges made directly by Google are not included unless expressly stated. You remain responsible for budgets and charges in your Google Ads account.

09

Suspension, termination, and data

We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service or others, investigate abuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and can request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Management notice.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and obligations concerning prior misuse, will continue to apply.

10

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee campaign approval, delivery, ranking, conversions, revenue, uninterrupted access, or that every validation message will identify every issue.

You are responsible for final campaign decisions, legal compliance, advertising claims, destination pages, audience choices, and account monitoring. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be identified through an updated effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
